End User License Agreement
The terms on which you may use ORGanizer for Salesforce. Installing or using the extension means you accept them.
Last updated: September 14, 2026 · Applies to: ORGanizer for Salesforce version 1.0 and later.
1. Parties and acceptance
This agreement is between you (“you”, the end user) and Enrico Murru (“we”, “us”, the “Licensor”).
By installing, copying or using the ORGanizer for Salesforce browser extension (the “Software”), you accept this agreement. If you do not accept it, do not install the Software and uninstall any copy you have.
If you install the Software on a device provided by an organisation, or use it to access that organisation's Salesforce ORGs, you confirm you are authorised to accept this agreement on your own behalf and that doing so does not breach that organisation's policies.
2. What the Software is
The Software is a browser extension for Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Firefox that helps administrators and developers work with Salesforce organizations. The documentation describes its features and is incorporated by reference for the purpose of describing what the Software does.
The Software runs entirely in your browser. It is not a hosted service, and it does not store your data on our servers.
3. Licence granted
Subject to this agreement, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Software for your own professional or personal purposes, on the number of browser installations permitted by your licence tier.
This is a licence to use the Software. It is not a sale, and no ownership passes to you.
4. Licence tiers
Every feature of the Software is available on every tier, so far. What a paid tier changes is the number of logins you may store and synchronise, the number of active client installations per licence, and whether advertising is displayed. Current tiers, limits and prices are published on the pricing page, which forms part of this agreement, and may change over time. If a change lowers what a tier offers, we will give advance notice before it takes effect; if you hold a paid licence at the time, you may cancel it in response.
- Free — no payment, subject to the published limits, with advertising.
- PRO — a personal subscription, for use by one named individual. It replaces the discontinued Lite tier, to which existing Lite subscribers are upgraded automatically.
- PRO Team and bulk promo codes — sold to an organisation, which allocates child licence codes to named individuals through the bulk license management page. Each child code is for one named individual and may be reassigned when that person leaves, not shared concurrently.
A licence code is bound to the email address it was issued to. Sharing a code, publishing it, or using it for more individuals or installations than the tier permits, terminates it.
To enforce these limits, the Software validates the licence with our licensing service periodically, sending the data described in the Privacy Policy. If the Software cannot reach the service, it may fall back to Free-tier limits until it can.
5. What you may not do
You may not:
- sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute or otherwise make the Software available to third parties, except as a bulk licence holder allocating child codes as described above;
- reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software, or defeat any technical measure in it, except to the extent this restriction is void under applicable law (including the interoperability provisions of EU Directive 2009/24/EC);
- modify the Software, or create derivative works from it, and distribute the result;
- remove or obscure any copyright, trademark or licence notice;
- circumvent, disable or tamper with the licensing checks, the advertising, or the limits of your tier;
- use the Software to access a Salesforce organization you are not authorised to access, or in breach of your employer's or client's policies;
- use the Software to violate any applicable law, or Salesforce's own terms of service or acceptable use policies.
6. Your responsibilities
The Software acts on your Salesforce ORGs with your own credentials and your own permissions. Everything it does, you are doing. In particular:
- Write operations are real. Editing a field from the Quick Console, executing anonymous Apex, applying login hours from the Profiles Chamber, whitelisting IP ranges or modifying a change set all change your ORG. There is no sandbox mode and no undo beyond what Salesforce itself offers.
- API consumption is yours. Tools that read from your ORG — most notably the Health Monitor and Access Lens — consume your ORG's API allowance. The Health Monitor states its estimated cost before it runs. You are responsible for deciding whether to run it against a production ORG.
- Access review output is a starting point, not an audit. Access Lens and the Health Monitor report what the Salesforce APIs return, interpreted by rules we publish. They are diagnostic aids and do not constitute a security audit, a compliance certification, or professional advice.
- Keep your own backups. Use the export function and keep copies of exported files somewhere safe. Automatic backups are local to one browser installation.
- Secure your browser profile. The Software is only as protected as the machine and profile it runs in. Enabling encryption and locking your device are your responsibility.
7. Your data and your credentials
You keep all rights in your data. We claim none. Your Salesforce credentials, ORG configurations, quick links, saved queries and scripts, and any other data you enter into your installation of the Software, are stored in your browser, not on our servers; what the Software stores and what leaves your browser is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Master password recovery is impossible. If you enable encryption, the key is derived from a password we never receive and never store. We cannot reset it, recover it, or decrypt your data without it. Losing it means losing the encrypted credentials.
If you choose to synchronise logins, they are placed in your browser vendor's sync storage and handled by that vendor under its own terms. That is a choice you make per login.
8. Salesforce and third parties
The Software is an independent product. It is not produced, endorsed, sponsored or supported by Salesforce, Inc. “Salesforce”, “AppExchange” and related marks belong to Salesforce, Inc.; other trademarks belong to their owners. They are used here only to describe compatibility.
Your use of Salesforce remains governed by your own agreement with Salesforce. If Salesforce changes its APIs, its pages or its policies in a way that breaks a feature, we will try to adapt, but we do not warrant that we can.
The Software and this website rely on third parties — your browser vendor, Gumroad for payments, and the services listed in the Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for their acts, omissions or availability.
9. Advertising
The Free tier displays advertising inside the extension's own pages and, after a number of actions, may open a page on this website. This is how the free tier is funded. PRO Full and PRO Team remove it. Blocking or suppressing the advertising while using a tier that includes it is a breach of clause 5.
10. Updates and changes
Your browser's extension store updates the Software automatically. Updates may add, change or remove features: version 1.0, for example, removed the Google Drive backup, the ORGanizer Connector integration, the in-popup news tab and Timed Password Sessions. We publish what changed in the change log.
We may change these terms. The current version is always published here with its date. Material changes are announced through the extension's message panel and the change log. If you do not accept a change, stop using the Software and uninstall it; for a paid tier, see clause 14.
11. Ownership
The Software, its source code, its design, the ORGanizer name and logo, and this website remain our property (or that of our licensors) and are protected by copyright and other laws. Open-source components included in the Software remain governed by their own licences, which prevail over this agreement for those components.
12. Beta features
Some features are marked beta. They are provided for evaluation, may be incomplete or unstable, may change or be withdrawn without notice, and carry no warranty or support commitment.
13. No warranty
The Software is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, that it will remain compatible with future Salesforce or browser releases, or that the analyses it produces are complete or correct.
Nothing here excludes a warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Payment, renewal and refunds
Paid licences are sold through Gumroad, which acts as merchant of record. Prices are shown on the pricing page, exclusive of local taxes, and may be adjusted at checkout by purchasing power parity. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you cancel and manage the subscription in your Gumroad account.
Refunds are handled under Gumroad's refund policy and applicable consumer law. If a purchase went wrong — the wrong product, a licence that will not activate — contact us through the support form and we will try to sort it out.
When a subscription ends, the Software reverts to Free-tier limits. Your stored data is not deleted, but you may exceed the Free-tier login limits until you reduce them.
15. Term and termination
This agreement runs from installation until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling the Software. We may terminate it, and disable the licence code concerned, if you materially breach it — in particular clause 5.
On termination, stop using the Software and uninstall it. Export your data first if you want to keep it; clauses 7, 8, 11 and 13 survive.
